Our ideal candidate should have:

  • Knowledge of mobile app monetisation strategies, user acquisition methods.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of advertising platforms, as well as advertising technologies and formats.
  • Experience working with at least one of the ad mediation platforms [Google AdMob, IronSource/LevelPlay, Applovin MAX].
  • Participation in development of strategies to increase publisher efficiency and revenue.
  • Knowledge of mobile app development basics [iOS, Android] and their technical aspects.
  • Active monitoring of the latest trends in mobile technologies and implementation of innovations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • English and Ukrainian is a must.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing ad inventory in the mediation platform and advertising partner accounts.
  • Regular interaction with network partner managers to improve the performance of each network, obtain current information regarding trends, new products, changes, and SDK updates.
  • Conducting A/B testing.
  • Collaboration with the team in the process of setting up ad serving and integration.
  • Quality control of in-game ads – analyzing ads specified in the apps, blocking creatives.
  • Analysis and control of reporting.
