Our ideal candidate should have:
- Strong understanding of current mobile games market, publishing, competition.
- Experience running soft launch, launch, A/B tests, LiveOps.
- Mobile games expertise: retention, monetization, UA fundamentals.
- Strong analytical thinking, understanding of metrics.
- Ability to work with external teams and align deliverables & timelines.
- Experience with BI tools, Amplitude, internal dashboards.
- Strong written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
Nice to have:
- Puzzle | Сasual | Hybrid-casual experience.
- Publishing background [3rd-party titles management].
- Experience with ad monetization.
- Familiarity with marketability testing | creative testing pipelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Help design the scouting, game evaluation, and game selection process.
- Create Standardized Partner Onboarding and Go / No-Go Decision System.
- Lead evaluation of incoming pipeline games and recommend candidates for publishing.
- Take full ownership of all new publishing titles and coordinate their delivery.
- Participate in regular cross-team publishing syncs.
- Identify gaps in process/tooling and propose improvements.
