Key Responsibilities:
- Support analysis of product performance and help identify trends and anomalies.
- Assist in running and analyzing A/B tests.
- Work with data to answer product questions and validate hypotheses.
- Help build and maintain dashboards and reports used by the team.
- Participate in deeper analyses of features, player behavior, and product changes.
- Collaborate with producers, developers, and analysts on data-related tasks.
- Contribute to improving data quality, tracking, and basic processes.
- Take ownership of your tasks and grow into a more independent role.
About You:
- At the beginning of an analytics career (1–2 years of experience or strong pet projects).
- Solid foundation in math and statistics with a strong interest in product analytics.
- Understanding of product analytics terminology and ability to reason about product performance.
- Ability to confidently work with data and write SQL queries for analysis.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn — going beyond task execution to understanding underlying logic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data.
- Structured thinking and ability to clearly communicate findings.
- Genuine interest in mobile games and how products grow and monetize.
Will Be a Plus:
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, etc.)
- Experience building dashboards or reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience using AI tools in your workflow.
- Pet projects in analytics, data science, machine learning, or AI.
- Regular experience playing mobile games and understanding how they work.
