Key Responsibilities:

  • Support analysis of product performance and help identify trends and anomalies.
  • Assist in running and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Work with data to answer product questions and validate hypotheses.
  • Help build and maintain dashboards and reports used by the team.
  • Participate in deeper analyses of features, player behavior, and product changes.
  • Collaborate with producers, developers, and analysts on data-related tasks.
  • Contribute to improving data quality, tracking, and basic processes.
  • Take ownership of your tasks and grow into a more independent role.

About You:

  • At the beginning of an analytics career (1–2 years of experience or strong pet projects).
  • Solid foundation in math and statistics with a strong interest in product analytics.
  • Understanding of product analytics terminology and ability to reason about product performance.
  • Ability to confidently work with data and write SQL queries for analysis.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn — going beyond task execution to understanding underlying logic.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data.
  • Structured thinking and ability to clearly communicate findings.
  • Genuine interest in mobile games and how products grow and monetize.

Will Be a Plus:

  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, etc.)
  • Experience building dashboards or reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI tools in your workflow.
  • Pet projects in analytics, data science, machine learning, or AI.
  • Regular experience playing mobile games and understanding how they work.
