Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of competitors' creatives, trends and formats of the mobile game market.
- Formation of a creative strategy together with the UAM team: from hypotheses to tests.
- Creation and development of hypotheses, scripts, storyboards and references for videos, playable ads, AI creatives.
- Planning the production of creatives according to priorities.
- Setting tasks and monitoring deadlines for researchers, artists, motion designers, playable ads developers.
- Coordination of the full cycle of production of project creatives: from concept to testing.
- Organization of the operational part: naming, file storage system, tracking test results, reference database, etc.
- Control of testing of creatives together with the UAM team, assessment of effectiveness.
- Analysis of test results and preparation of proposals for the next iterations.
- Optimization of production processes: pipelines, templates, automation, AI.
- Presentation of new formats, approaches and results to project management/ teams.
About You:
- Practical experience in managing creative production (video/banners/playables).
- Knowledge of mobile advertising: TikTok, Google, Unity, Applovin, etc.
- Understanding of A/B tests.
- Ability to read UAM reports and adapt creative strategy to data.
- Ability to interpret test results and derive creative hypotheses from them.
- Understanding of building marketing campaigns from a creative perspective.
- Creativity, variability and courage in decisions.
- Managerial skills in team management, time management.
- Ability to use AI, Photoshop, or something to visualize the concept of your ideas.
- Multitasking and the ability to switch between them.
- Research skills and competitor analysis.
- Ability to communicate and organize a team for successful results.
- Ability to compile a brief, make drafts (if necessary) for artists/video production and explain the vision of the result.
- Ability to present ideas leadership and defend concepts with arguments.
- English - Upper Intermediate+.
Nice To Have:
- Willingness, if necessary, to record videos of simple hooks for videos.
- Knowledge of game design or product vision for a product.
- Understanding of trends and formats of short videos.
- Storytelling skills, scenario thinking for creatives.
- Experience with UGC or directing simple videos (with actor/frame/script).
- Basic UI/UX taste: understands what a strong visual looks like.
- Experience in ASO.
