Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying growth opportunities, trends, and anomalies.
  • Set up, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses of player journeys, monetization patterns, and feature engagement to improve the user experience.
  • Generate and validate product hypotheses to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure correct event logging and maintain the integrity of our analytical data.
  • Collaborate with Producers, Game Designers, and other analysts to improve product.
  • Present findings and analytical logic to the team to support and guide product decision-making.

About You:

  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically in product analytics, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Solid foundation in math and statistics; ability to look beyond the numbers to understand the "why" behind user behavior.
  • Confident knowledge of SQL (complex joins, window functions) and Python/R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
  • A/B Testing: understanding of experimentation methodology, from hypothesis formulation and power calculation to interpreting results.
  • Understanding of product metrics and the ability to reason about product performance and growth levers.
  • Ability to present data findings for stakeholders.

Will Be a Plus:

  • Experience in GameDev or a deep passion for mobile gaming.
  • Experience building automated dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution and analytics platforms (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic Machine Learning algorithms (Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Clustering) and their practical application in product tasks.
