Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret key product and business metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Set up, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on new features, game loops, player behavior, and monetization flows.
  • Translate messy data and complex logic into clear, actionable dashboards and insights.
  • Automate repetitive data processes, build alerting systems, and optimize existing workflows.
  • Collaborate with Producers, devs, and other analysts to improve data collection, instrumentation, and event design.
  • Own your work — we value initiative and give you space to implement bold, impactful ideas.

About You:

  • At least 2 year of experience as an analyst in game dev industry.
  • Understand mobile game KPIs and lifecycle stages.
  • Fluent with tools like Amplitude, AppsFlyer, OneSignal, and know how to get the most out of them.
  • Built dashboards and reporting systems in Power BI, Tableau, or similar — ones that actually get used by teams.
  • You can write clean SQL, use Python comfortably, and work with common data/analytics libraries.
  • Understand of A/B testing nuances, from design to interpretation.
  • Detail-obsessed – the kind of person who notices when something’s off before anyone else.
  • Able to tell a data story and present complex findings clearly to both tech and non-tech teammates.

Will Be a Plus:

  • Experience building and optimizing ETL workflows [dbt/Dataform, Airflow, etc].
  • Applied machine learning for player segmentation, retention modeling, or monetization forecasting.
