- Knowledge of the UA market.
- Knowledge of the various digital marketing channels, and up-to-date on privacy/attribution challenges in the industry.
- Critical thinking skills and a will to learn new skills and improve yourself.
- Willingness to work with a large volume of data and numbers.
- Portfolio of successful cases.
- Work experience in a product game or app development company.
- Experience with Incentive [CPA/CPE] type of traffic.
- English: Upper Intermediate Level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and implementation of the purchase UA strategy and scale of advertising channels.
- Participation in the creation and testing of advertising creatives.
- Running and scaling advertising campaigns.
- Initiating tests and testing hypotheses.
- Reporting.
- Conducting marketing research.
- Cultivating key strategic relationships with partners.
- Close collaboration with product, creative, and analytics team.
